No mask needed

 

Open tubes and font in PSP and minimize them

Texture arcering is standard in PSP

 

1/ Set in your material palette the foreground color to #b62c34 and background color to black

Make a gradient with these colors

2/ Open a transparent image 640 x 480 pixels and flood fill with the gradient

Adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 10

 

 3/ Layers - new raster layer and flood fill with background color black

 

4/ Layers - new raster layer - flood fill  with the gradient -  change angle to 135

Adjust - blur - gaussian blur - 10

 

5/ Set in the material palette the background color to  #223349

Layers - new raster layer and flood fill with background color  #223349

Effects – plug in filters – Unlimited 2.0 – Filter Factory Gallery F - Guess What – using default settings 

Effects– texture effects – texture – hatch fine (arcering fijn )- with these settings

 

6/ Activate - Blue_night_misted_na_15.06.2006 – copy and paste as a new layer on your image – move a bit more to the left and to the top

Effects – plug in filters – FM Tile Tools – Blend Emboss – using default settings

 

7/ Activate magic wand with these settings - mode: add -feather and tolerance 0

Activate the second layer in your layers palette (raster 4)

Select the squares where too many clouds, branches or trees etc. emerge - see example
 

 

Activate the top layer (moon) and press the delete key

Selections - select none

 

8/ Activate - mds7697 Clouds – copy - paste as new layer on your image

Move a little to the left and to the top

Set the blend mode of this layer to legacy

Effects – plug in filters – FM Tile Tools – Blend Emboss – using default settings

 

9/ Activate the third layer  (raster 4)

Activate magic wand - and select also some squares - see my example
 

 

Activate the top layer (clouds) and press the delete key

Selections - select none

 

10/ Activate -  GOTHIC BLUE ANGEL MDZ MIST – copy - paste as new layer on your image

Image - resize – 85% - do not check resize all layers - move a little to the right

Effects – plug in filters – FM Tile Tools – Blend Emboss – using default settings

 

11/ Activate the fourth layer (raster 4)

Activate magic wand and select also some squares and rectangles - I have a piece of 10 selected - see my example

Activate the top layer (angel) and press the delete key

Selections - select none

 

12/ Activate the fourth layer (raster 4)

Effects – edge effects  – enhance more

Effects – 3D effects – drop shadow – vertical and horizontal 5, opacity 80, blur 9 and color black

 

13/ Activate the top layer

Set background color to black - foreground color remains the same

Activate the text tool and find the font – BN Manson Nights – with these settings:

Font: BN Manson Nights - size: +- 72 - make as: vector

Type  Angel of darkness

Effects – 3D effects – drop shadow – same settings as before

 

Activate the text tool and choose any font - I've used  chiller font size + - 48 make as vector and type 

Beware !!! - and give also a drop shadow - same settings as before

 

14/ Image - Picture frame - find - rand uitsmeren01 - with these settings - canvas list checked - list outside the image checked - list invert checked

 

 

Adjust - hue and saturation - hue/saturation/lightness - with these settings

 

15/ Add your watermark

 

16/ Close the eyes of the two bottom layers in your layer palette

Edit - copy merge

 

17/ Open Animation Shop

Edit – paste as new animation

 

18/ Back to PSP

Close the eye of raster 1 and open the eye of raster 2

Edit - copy merge

 

19/ Back to Animation Shop

Edit - paste after active frame

 

20/ Back to PSP

Close the eye of raster 2 and open the eye of raster 3

Edit - copy merge

 

21/ Back to Animation Shop

Edit - paste after active frame

Edit - select all

Properties of frame - 30

 

22/ File - save as gif
