Let's go

1/ Put in your materials palette foreground color to white and background color to black and make a radial gradient with these settings

2/ Open a transparent image of 500 x 500 pixels and fill with the gradient

Adjust - blur - gaussian blur - radius 20

Effects - texture effects - fine leather - with these settings

Effects - plugins - Grahics Plus - Cross Shadow - default settings

3/ Put in your materials palette foreground to gold pattern and background to bubbles pattern using the below settings

4/ Activate the preset shapes tool and search for - I1

Objects Align Center in Canvas

Layers - convert to raster layer

Effects - plugins - Grahics Plus - Cross Shadow - default settings

Duplicate this layer in your layer palette 2x

 

5/ 2 Enable Raster 2 (the bottom I1 layer)

Effects - Distortion Effects - Wind - with these settings

6/ Activate the copy of Raster 2 in the layer palette (second I1 layer)

Effects - Distortion Effects - Wind - wind direction - from left  checked

Layers - merge - merge down (the 2 I 1 layers)

Set the opacity of this layer to 85 and blend mode on difference

 

7/ Activate the top layer in your layers palette

Effects - 3D effects - inner bevel - with these settings

Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow - vertical and horizontal 1, opacity 100, blur 0 and color to white

Set the blend mode of this layer to exclusion

Adjust - sharpness - sharpen more - do it 2 times

 

 

8/ Activate and copy - jcw_blue_gold_macaws - Paste as new layer on your image

Do not move they are in the right position

Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow - vertically and horizontally 7, opacity 50, blur 5 and color black

Repeat the drop shadow again, but with vertical and horizontal -7

 

9/ Layers - Merge - Merge all layers

 

10/ Edit - Copy (now in memory)

 

11/ Image - add borders - 50 pixels - color #fdcb14 - symmetrical checked

Select this border with your magic wand

Layers - new raster layer

Edit - paste into selection (What is in memory)

Adjust - Blur - Gaussian blur - radius 10

 

12/ Selection - Invert

Effects - 3D effects - drop shadow - vertical and horizontal 3, opacity 50, blur 8 and color black

Repeat the drop shadow again, but with vertical and horizontal -3

Selection keep selected

 

13/ Selections - modify - selection borders Select - with these settings

Put in your material palette your foreground to goldbeads pattern with these settings angle 0 scale 100

Fill the selection with the gold beads pattern

Selections - select none

 

14/ Image - add borders - 2 pixels - any color - select this border and fill with gold beads pattern

 

15/ Add your watermark

 

File - Export - JPEG optimization
