Let's start

 

Put in your material palette the foreground color to #fcedb6

 

1/ Open a transparent image of 640 x 480 pixel and flood fill with the foreground color

Effects - texture effects - weave - with these settings

2/ Activate and copy - LAkaart - paste as a new layer on your image and move to the top so that the name La is hardly be visible

Put the opacity of this layer in your layer palette to 40

Effects – plug ins  – FM Tile Tools – Blend Emboss – with these settings and do this twice

  3/ Activate and copy - la-ink - paste as a new layer on your image

Image - mirror and move left

Adjust - sharpness - sharpen

 

4/ Activate and copy – Logo – paste as a new layer on your image

Effects – 3D effects – drop shadow – vertical 0 and horizontal 15, opacity 50, blur 12 and color to black and move right to the top

 

5/ Image – canvas size – use these settings

 

6/ Layers - new raster layer

 Selections - selection load/save - load selection from disk and find - LA-ink - with these settings

Fill the selection with your foreground color 

Selections - select none

Effects – texture effects – weave – use these settings

 

7/ Layers – new raster layer 

 Selections - selection load/save - load selection from disk and find - LA-ink-1 – with the same settings as before and fill with black color

Effects – texture effects – blinds – with these settings

Selections – select none

Effects – 3D effects – inner bevel – with these settings

Effects– 3D effects – drop shadow – vertical and horizontal 9, opacity 50, blur 12 and color black

 

8/ Image – add borders – 20 pixels color black – symmetrical checked

Select this border with your magic wand

Effects – texture effects – blinds – with the same settings as before

Selections - select none

 

9/ Image – add borders – 30 pixels color - #fcedb6 – symmetrical checked

Select this border with your magic wand

Effects – plug ins - (Cybia) Screenworks - Point Array

Selections - select none

 

 

10/ Image – add borders – 5 pixels color black – symmetrical checked 

11/ Image – add borders – 30 pixels color - #fcedb6 – symmetrical checked 

Select this border with your magic wand

Effects – plug ins - Graphics Plus - Cross Shadow -  with these settings

Selections - select none

 

12/ Image – add borders – 20 pixels color black – symmetrical checked

Select this border with your magic wand

Effects – texture effects – blinds – with the same settings as before

Selections - select none 

 

13/ Activate and copy - kat_von_d_48_madebyBabaloux_14022010 – paste as a new layer on your image

Adjust – sharpness – sharpen

Effects – 3D effects – drop shadow – vertical 0 and horizontal 20, opacity 50, blur 10 and color to black and move to the right - see my example

 

 14/ Put in your material palette the background color also to #fcedb6 such as the foreground color

Activate your text tool with font Wedgie - with these settings

Type Kat Von D

Layers – convert to raster layer and move to the  bottom bar

 

15/ Put in the material palet your background color to black and the direction of the arrow down

Type Tattoo

Layers – convert to raster layer - move right to the second bar

 

16/ Add your watermark

 

17/ Layers – merge – merge all flatten

 

18/ File – export – jpeg optimization
